Prescription Refills

We strongly encourage patients to contact their pharmacy to send an electronic refill request to us or to fax a refill request to (508) 876-3777. This is the quickest way to have your prescription medications refilled.

Prescription renewals by phone are handled Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM at our office in Brewster, excluding holidays. Please allow one to two days to accommodate your refill request.

If your prescription is running low, please do NOT wait until you have completely run out of your medicine or the weekend to refill your medication. We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur, but respectfully ask that you take care of these issues accordingly. If you are planning to travel, please make sure to have enough medication to take on your trip. We just want to make sure your heart and  you are get the best cardiology care on Cape.
